Shipping Policy
As we currently do not sell paperbacks or other physical products, there can be no returns for them.**
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless you received it damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

R. L. Gemmill Author LLC currently sells digital products on this website. Your product will be delivered to you via a download link in an email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotional folder as some email providers send emails there sometimes rather than your inbox.
Paperbacks (not yet available):
If you have a US mailing address, you may order bundled Paperbacks or US Paperbacks. You should receive your US Paperbacks within 10-14 business days.
If you have an international mailing address, please make sure you choose the International paperbacks when you order. We do not have control over the shipping rates or how long the international paperbacks take to deliver. It's usually between 30-45 days.
